Until about 3 weeks ago, I was doing a pretty regular and intense CrossFit routine. I recently got a promotion and have been busier at work and have had to cut out the CrossFit and just kind of back off to a basic bitch weight lifting routine. One hour, three times a week, tops. Suddenly, dick gains have reappeared (7.5 to 7.75 in that time, after really slowing down and almost stagnating for a long time). Has anyone explored or discussed the relationship between too-intense cardio and lack of PE progress? I did a search but didn’t find anything.

Some other things have improved, too—I’m sleeping better, less sore, libido is better—and I wonder if PE and exercise intensity are related.

TLDR: I think too much/too intense cardio shrinks dicks or keeps them from growing. Am I crazy?

CrossFit is not healthy. The pull ups they are doing in CrossFit are hilarious. 😂

I was practically a strong man before penis enlargement begun and my body weight was 120 kg. I'm now sitting at ~90 kg. My body dismorphic disorder is gone, and my blood pressure are much better. At rest my heart rate can be at 54 bpm.

Working out to hard can be counterproductive. I remember I was much more tired as well when I had the gym addiction going for me. If I didn't went to the gym I fear loosing muscle mass.

Maybe when the body doesn't need to recover from hard exercises as much it can focus on growing your penis?

We discussed about this a few times. It's the body prioritizing itself to conserve and divert resources. The penis is literally the last on the list.

@P numerous studies on bicyclist and weight lifters are not conclusive but they are still having the conversation, meaning that something is going on.

On one hand:
Exercise pumps you up mentally and physically

On the other hand:
If you are exhausted, do you expect your Dick to mind connection to be strong even though you are tired?

There are many pro/cons we can go to but ultimately this goes into the dreaded, it depends conversation!

With your growth numbers some of it has to do with EQ in general. I mean when I am extra excited I'm clearly bigger. If I am fit but not exhausted I will naturally feel like I have a great hard-on.

CrossFit is super intensive. It could be it has caused issues with your pelvic floor.
Unfortunately, pelvic muscles don't influence penile growth unless it comes to blood delivering. It does aid on the promotion of circulation of essential bioavailabilities via the blood supply, but essentially, penile growth is all cellular regeneration and duplication along the base of the penis to the tip of the glans. When the entire body is under stresses, all bioavailabilities are diverted to the rest of the body, focusing on the critical areas first, and the penis is the last one in line, far removed all the prioritizing easentials deemed worthy by the body. You toe nails and pubic hairs have priorities than your penis, unfortunately.

Weird how this works. We have some brilliant brothers here
