A few teething issues with the lm3

I had this thing for a few weeks now and have had some great sessions in it, I'm building up my strength and pulling harder and harder.
Only thing is the area behind my head hurts where the clamp is, I've double wrapped and added a silisleeve as some padding but there's lots of pain as I pull harder.
Secondly I'm claiming fully down with the lm3 like the top and bottom clamps and fully touching tho I'm getting issues with my penis rotating as i I bundles.
